I have to say that Crafty Ponies is one of the best suppliers I could ask to work with. As a small niche market store, having product shipped to me in a timely fashion is of paramount importance. The Crafty Ponies team keep me well stocked and as a result I have hundreds of happy CP customers. We are working in unprecedented times, the likes of which I hpope we don't have to go through again. I love the concept of the crafty ponies and my horse mad daughter loves them too. I had read the previous reviews about the customer service but have to say we have only had good experiences dealing with the crafty ponies team. I bought a pony and a few accessories for Christmas and despite covid they arrived promptly. Just after Christmas my son managed to loose a stirrup off his sister toy. I emailed the company and they responded immediately and sent me a new one out. I have since ordered more accessories and had great experiences with the team. Thank you very much.

As much as we love the products the customer service is absolutely shocking! Takes days to get a reply to an email and am still waiting for an order that was supposed to be next day delivery, a week later and still no parcel! Don’t have time to constantly send chaser emails to get a reply I’ve been made to feel like a hinderance constantly emailing for an update when if they just replied to me I wouldn’t have an issue. Looking through the reviews looks like it’s a common occurrence with crafty ponies.

I love this company and would encourage everyone to support them.
I have a horse mad 5yo who is fascinated with the pony. She loves that it’s cuddly and sleeps with it each night, but also loves tacking up and ‘playing riding schools’. It’s such a lovely idea.
We had a small defect with the saddle that came in a set. The company responded to my issue very quickly and were very friendly in their e-mails.
I would say that the product is worth every penny! Thanks again Crafty Ponies!

I've ordered the starter tack set (with all black pony), grooming kit and a rider and all arrived much quicker than I thought. I give a lot of grace to royal mail as they have struggled with covid, but within a day of the dispatch email, the pony box arrived. I've checked all the products (as they're for Christmas) and they're all great. The kids can't wait to get their hands on it. Will order a second shortly for our younger toddler as she loves horses too. Will look forward to the same great service. Also, to address those saying that emails aren't replied to - I emailed ahead to ask about stock levels and any potential re-stock of items I wanted (fabric stables and special prints for fleeces/blankets), and received a speedy response, prior to ordering. You can also source crafty pony products from other places (farm shop, tack shops etc). We've since sourced some products we wanted from these as they're out of stock on the website - so worth a Google search if there's something else you want.

This is a hard review to write. As much as we love the product, the delivery of items is terrible and the lack of customer service equally as bad. I ordered twice and both times items were not dispatched to Royal Mail when they said they were.
This is not great when you have a young child waiting for their pony to arrive with 48 hour delivery.
The customer service is poor as most of the time emails not answered and when they do they make you feel like you are annoying by asking where your item is.
Having a business myself I know the pressures of it but customer service should be paramount.
Last time I asked for a refund which they did when I said I didn’t want the item sent again. Now if the original item had been sent they would never have refunded me, so obvious it was never sent in the first place!
It would be much better not to charge people for 48 hour delivery if they cannot fulfil this.
Such a shame as product is good.
I should add that my daughter was upset that the competition was not done as they said it would be, deciding on no actual winners so they just gave out a 10% off code to everyone instead of the £10 and £5 vouchers that were promised.
The worst thing for me is that this is letting children down!

Great products, regular updates to add to your stable. Wonderful selection of colours to choose from. Customer service has always been exceptional, with messages answered promptly. Everyone whose met Bay Crafty has commented on how lovely he is, even used him to teach my stepfather how to plait! 10/10
