100% poor quality beef.
Robert served old rack of T bone. It was stale, slimy and greying. His sister agreed and said just trim the edges. The butcher who referred me Medcalfs was shown it also confimed how substandard it was and very old. The meat was like cardboard, dry and tasteless.
A second visit as agreed with Robert. he had fled by time I arrive. Its was a 25mile drive.
