Lovely friendly place and staff bent over backwards to make sure everything was alright for you.
Their autumn latte was delicious, would have been great to have eaten a meal here. Will eat here next time we visit.

Ordered 3 teas and when the tea pots came they were cold , waited for fresh hot tea which came as pot for 2 then finally got remaining pot.
Even though it was busy the staff appeared to be disorganised, stressed and one member of staff was snappy and rude to a customer on another table.

The loveliest little nick nacks, the incense is my fave from here! Lady was a bit abrupt at the till but think it's because they were closing so I don't blame her
