Quite small grocery store. Poor variety of yogurts and milk containing products overall. Fruits and vegetables were overpriced. Staff was helpful

This is my regular store,
I called in this morning Wednesday 13th November 2024, to get a meal deal for me and my partner for tomorrow which I managed to achieve the very last steak pie I must say what I'm not happy about is I bought a bag the week before and it has now got a rip at the side of it give these bag's now cost twice the price they used to and given that I've only just recently bought it you'd think I'd have got some use from it unfortunately not and to make it worse Waitrose don't actually provide a new one free of charge so a lesson learned for me, I'll not buy these bag's again from Waitrose very annoying!!!

Went in tonight at 7pm got a a couple of bakery items was told that the bakery items don’t go half price till 8pm I said ok thanks I’ll leave them I returned at 8pm to see if there was anything left got my few bits and never felt so embarrassed staff watched me and then as as I walk pass the freezer the young man filling it up said though his earpiece she’s coming down know just Rude and also the young girl on self scan also very Rude and needs to Smile no customer service what so ever .
