If I could give it zero stars I would. Every single time we come here with the intention of buying anything from the aquatic part there is absolutely no staff at all! Three times we've gone in with the intention of getting more fish or plants for our tank and have waited around and no one is near. We went in today for a guinea pig as we need another to keep the one we already have company and a staff member went off to find the person who's supposed to deal with the animals. Stood for 10 minutes and he comes back to tell us he can't find them and if we would like to wait around for an hour or so and then they'll knock 10% off. We've yet again walked away and probably a good job too, the cages absolutely stink! Are these animals even being cleaned out properly? If no one is around to deal with customers, who the hell is watching and looking after the animals. A damn disgrace. Will definitely not be going back there!

Visited to garden centre today to purchase some tropical fish, they have a great selection to choose from. I always find the staff very friendly and helpful and have had no problems with the fish I have purchased in the past. Will definitely visit again with a view to purchase more fish.

(Pets section) significantly gone downhill since it first opened. Staff uninterested selection of fish has gone down. Most recent visit came across a tank "everything in this tank 2 for £10" checked thrice with staff yes definitely any 2 £10 got to the till that will be £90 please. Err no sign said 2 for £10 "oh they shouldn't be in that tank so I can't sell you them" absolutely ridiculous obviously they don't check there stocking often and if they aren't checking the stock how can they ensure the fishes welfare?

Nice spacious cafe, good selection of cakes, bakes and meals including vegetarian options. A busy venue. Plenty of gift and plants options, Xmas items also on display. Large car park, EV places and disabled.

Called into the cafe on the way past, food was decent and not outrageously priced.
The nursery itself has a wide choice plants and flower and I bagged myself a bargain garden seating set.

Plants Plus is a large garden centre with a good range of plants, gifts, and decorative items.
The range is good and the prices seemed reasonable compared to other garden centres we have visited. With a large carpark and easy access it is ideal for people of all abilities.
We found the range of trees limited ( though my wife managed to buy one regardless).
All in all, I would recommend this place as it had a nice feel to it and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Great to pop out if you need anything for your garden or even if you are just looking for somewhere to fill in a couple of hours in the day.

Beautiful place with lots of fresh and healthy plants. There is a restaurant, pet supplies, fish 🐠 on site. Good offer on £12 for 4 (got 6 plants) ideal for patios and hanging baskets 24 healthy flowering plants.
