Made to pay extra for a Saturday delivery then get a text to say not arriving due to issues in my local area even though at the same time my husband gets a text to say his parcel (that he didn't have to pay extra postage for) was going to arrive from DPD between 1 and 2pm on the same day!!
Absolutely no help from the help centre, just said you will get it tomorrow. When told I was not home (the reason I paid for Saturday) so would have to find someone to be here for it I was told they couldn't give me a time and wouldn't leave it if the person didn't have the same surname. Why would a stranger be in my house to answer the door!!!?
CLEARLY THE NEWCASTLE DEPOT FORGOT TO PUT MY PARCEL ON THE VAN.
WOULD BE ZERO STARS BUT APP WOULDN'T ALLOW IT.

Was expecting a package of parts needed to do a customers cooker repair. Although there is a sign on the shop door saying to leave the deliveries at the shop next door if we are closed and the app is set up instructing to leave stuff next door, the driver completely ignored these notices and drove away. Serious lack of intelligence shown and left my work schedule completely cocked up and my customer left waiting longer for oven repair but of course they don't care and won't ring driver and tell him to go back. Most drivers do follow the instruction but some just take no notice and are not concerned about the problems they have caused. Managers need to give these drivers a lecture about following instructions left for their attention. One star given because none isn't an option.

If I could give minus 10 stars I would.
My parcel was not delivered because my back gate was locked it seems so they took it to the local shop because they couldn't be bothered to ring the doorbell. When I got the parcel home I noticed it was damaged and the contents were damaged.

The vendor sent a replacement and DPD have taken the replacement to the same local shop again without bothering to go round the front and ring the doorbell.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH DPD. I WON'T BE USING YOU EVER AGAIN!

A Company I work for sent out POS to my home for a call I needed for today . Hadn’t recieved till later on ? ., Sometime this afternoon once I’d left for work .I had to change calls around and had to cancel this 1 this POS hadn’t arrived in time to complete today DPD Wasted and messed up my CALL FILE .Your not the only ones with calls to do .😡 I’ve checked the POSTAGE LABEL it says NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND THAT IS DATED THE 18 th November MONDAY .
On arriving back I checked the post no card saying they left a delivery anywhere . Then my husband came from back garden and said this was in our save place . As I said they had not left a card or knocked on the door or even tried to deliver it to a Human they had sneaked it in the back gate area Because they knew this was Late and should of delivered on Tuesday and was now 1.5 days late .
So I had Cancelled this job at 10.00 am so out of pocket their aswell . Accusing a person for not sending this on to me at work .GREAT DPD . Next delivery I get have the decency to knock on the door , And leave a card informing us these items are in a safe place .
This call and it’s POS WILL HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED IF IT CAN BE FOR ANOTHER TIME .But this was the only allocated day today for it .This isn’t some junk I’ve bought of the internet it’s my Job .

I'd give a zero star if i could.. Ordered a small storage crate for my man cave and the delivery driver dropped it over the top of my rear 6 foot high fence and it broke the lid on the storage box and i had to fix it myself... When you go to complain about it there's no option to vent your spleen.. It's an absolute disgrace.

Delivered to wrong address - proof of delivery photo unrecognisable.
No means of contacting them, parcel lost forever.
Atrocious service, avoid at all costs.

Sent a parcel from the Netherlands to the UK last Tuesday, with 'fragile' written on it, yet they still managed to wreck the box and its content. They then send me a text yesterday that the parcel would be delivered that day but nobody showed up. I called this morning to ask what happened just to hear that they refuse to deliver my parcel as its contents may damage other boxes.

We went to collect instead, but Google Maps brings you go a completely different location. I called to ask for the exact location and they want to do security checks on me before they can access the account to provide me with their depot location!

Correct depot location is NE31 2JZ!

If I could give a 0 I would on this occasion heavy item either falling out or stolen . When delivered I went looking for the driver found him and during discussion we agreed it probably fell out the box he would not look in back of his van which I did ask him to do I have pics of him too and I’m not convinced he could of quicky shown me the back so I know it didn’t fall out in his van ! I have doorbell footage aswell of the box not sealed properly !!
