Honestly kinda terrible management i have been working for norse for 4 years now and the communication between my area manager is pretty bad I have reported stuff that raises concerns and he has done nothing I'm working with a co worker who doesn't care about doing there job correctly who has been caught stealing from site blocking fire doors the list goes on but I was told not to copy the behaviour or I will get in trouble but they have not done a single thing about this co workers behaviour she has thrown equipment resulting in damage but not even a meeting was held to talk to her about this nothing. UPDATE just had a very good meeting with different management from norse and it's a positive outcome they fixed a bunch of problems very quickly and made me and fellow colleagues more supported so I gotta say I really appreciate how they went about this situation and maybe this is a start to something awsome 😀

Terrible company I worked for them for a year, zero contract hours but that was fine. It was in a school South dartmoor college so during the summer holidays it was closed and I didn't get paid which again I knew would happen. Happy to be returning on the 3rd of September 2024 they emailed me on the 30th of August saying don't need you anymore sorry for the short notice. To make it worse I since found out they gave my position to a fellow member of staff on the 20th of July so left me not looking for alternative work and without a wage for 6 weeks. The lady got my position because she has a contract not for any other reason. They are6a disgusting company avoid at all costs
