Ordered some burgers & sausages as a bit of a trial first order. The delivery was fast & extremely well packaged to protect the foods frozen state. My wife & I had a burger for our tea the night of the delivery. Unfortunately both of us gad the same experience. The burger was dry, bland & tasteless. Moreover, the mince was very course, almost semi solid. A strange experience when eating a burger. Not for us I am afraid & we will not be ordering again. Onto the sausages.

Our local butcher does some amazing sausages & very good burgers. I think we will probably go back to him. Other products may be great, but our first experience has put us off.

Brilliant experience while ordering. Received an amazing tasting turkey beautifully delivered with herbs. Highly recommend you follow the Piper Farms cooking instructions. Cooked to perfection with 45 min resting.

I am disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Piper's Farm. I accidentally sent my parcel of frozen food to an old address. The tenant at that address received the delivery, contacted Piper's Farm, and claimed the food was disposed of. Despite this, no constructive solution was offered.

While I acknowledge that I made a mistake with the address, the way customer service handled the situation was frustrating. The representative was neither polite nor empathetic, and I expected a more understanding response given the circumstances.

This experience has left me very disappointed, and I will not be ordering from Piper's Farm again.

Came across this company on TikTok first. Ordered & my god is their meat gorgeous! Steak absolutely melts in your mouth. They also do fish, cheese, store cupboards things. Arrived promptly. Have just put in a second order & there are always deals. I would highly recommend this company if you want good organic food. Love them.

El último tramo del camino es bastante estrecho pero está indicado y no hay problema en entrar con el trailer. El trato recibido fue inmejorable . El encargado de la finca muy amable y educado.
