Would have been maximum stars however many there were. Multiple outlets within this huge complex, all stocked to overflowing with massive variety. Maybe a little pricey, but the stock is all high-end, top of the range, and superb quality. The choices seem endless. The star of the complex is undoubtedly the food hall. There can't be any better in the whole of the UK! If they don't stock it, I don't think it exists. The butcher section is really something else. The highest quality meat and poultry, organic, local, aged to perfection. Every conceivable cut is displayed. Very competitively priced. Extraordinary value, considering the unparalleled quality. I think that there must be an artist in residence because the displays of produce are worth the visit alone !

Nice stop off, although quite busy. Some nice products, but inconsistent and missing prices for products throughout the shop. Charged incorrectly for one of my purchases, I noted on returning home. Good amount of free parking. Kids play area. Picnic benches. Walks. Some nice valentines 💝 products.

A lovely, lovely place with fresh, local product. Even frozen vegetables look fresh! We loved the sourdough bread. However the prices are pretty high... there's lovely walk around the farm too

Very disappointed, very much not a farm shop really anymore. outdoor seating but so little available in terms of food. One very small hut serving drinks, no sandwiches were available, directed to the deli, which is great but if you have a dog with you, you can't go in. All indoor eating had big queues. A good selection of hot and cold sandwiches would be good for people to buy and then sit outside, or better still at least 1 dog friendly cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Used to love all the smaller retail options, gifts, toys etc

Called in on Wednesday 25th and purchased a few items. When I got home (4 hour journey) I realised that salted caramel beads were out of date! Telephoned first thing the following morning and asked to ring back after 12pm because no one was in to assist the call. Telephoned back in the afternoon again no one able to assist me but did have a phone call back. Explained my situation but nothing they could do because I was not given a receipt at the till. I did explain I had another receipt to prove I had been there yesterday. I think this could have been handled better especially if they checked the items on the shop floor to confirm the products were in fact out of date. Plus they were at fault for selling out of date items. They said I could have a voucher to the value, but I live 4 hours away. £6.99 lost! Please check the dates on your purchases if they are not doing the job they are suppose to be doing.

Disappointing to say the least. Not as dog friendly as the website reads. Preferred the menu in the yard rather than Cacoa &Co and the courtyard looked inviting enough. How wrong! Dogs are not allowed through the main building to get to the court yard. There are no signs so after asking 3 members of staff and being rudely spoken to by a member of staff (Martin) because we had actually been shown by a member of staff into the building, we were lead round a kind of delivery route (see photos), past rubbish bins, mop buckets, hose pipes etc into the court yard. There was no mapped route, which cannot be H&S compliant with vehicles using the same route.

Matters were made worse with stained China, cold toast and luke warm beans served in a chipped ramekin. We just wanted to get out of there in the end but I wish we’d challenged the bill tbh.

Brilliant place to shop and dine.
Amazing variety of fresh produce, which are very well priced. Yes, there are some very expensive, premium products but overall there is a great selection of products which are locally sourced and not as extortionate as other reviews mention!
The eateries are great, The Farm Table is consistently delicious and serves amazing wine. Not sure why this place has such negative reviews, yes some products are expensive, but the staff are incredibly helpful and it's a great place to wander and shop without filling massive corporation's like Tesco's pockets!
