Went for a viewing on a Saturday , offered asking price as soon as I walked out ! She told me she needs to wait till monday and was told she wanted feed back of the others that viewed ! I said please inform the vendor immediately! She refused and said she's waiting on feed back and cause they offered same price and the agent didn't tell them who cam 1st he went with the other option. Un professional company. By law they should have informed the vendor immediately not professional!!!! In my view !

10/10 for Franca who helped sell our home. We faced challenges but supported throughout the process. Franca conducted herself professionally and polite. A brilliant service from start to finish. Franca assisted when we listed the house and then Lisa continued the process when we found a buyer. I want to thank Lisa in particular as she was very understanding, patient and professional when dealing with the many queries we had due to us not having sold a house before. I genuinely didn't have a clue and Lisa recognised that and went above an beyond at times. Philip James were recommended to us and I wouldn't hesitate to do the same to family and friends.

We bought our first home using Philip james Kennedy and I can’t thank them enough for how helpful they were throughout the entire process. Lisa aspinall was absolutely fantastic and supported us every step of the way. She is highly professional and gets the job done. She pushed our sale through and communicated between us, the vendor and both our solicitors excellently. She made everything as simple and efficient as it could be. It seemed that when nobody else could get something done or when we hit a hurdle Lisa got it sorted.
