A building of some character. The Basilica like Sanctuary creates a fine reflection of the Christian faith especially when the wonderful melodious choir is in full voice. The seating either side the nave is of traditional pews. When the congregation and choir singing the whole building resonates as if God's angels were in control of it all.
The Vicar, recently licensed, adds a real feeling of serenity to her words. This allows the people to be closer to God. Of course she is supported by lay ministers presenting Prayers and Readings.This mornings Reader spoke with such poignancy.

Lovely church, with excellent church organ, friendly vicar and congregation. Has a choir and large church hall. Nicely maintained grounds. Look out for regular classical concerts.

Came here to interview the Men’s Sheds group. Very nice church, and nice of the church to let the group use their undercroft!

Went to Heaton cats jumble in the church hall. Well organised, coffee & cake & lots of lovely bargains. Nice to support cats rescue.
