I must say, one of the best shopping experience I had at any wholesalers. Everyone is so nice, great customer service from every corner. Offering help, drinks, anything to make you feel more comfortable to get the stock we need. Opened account in minutes, done the list of bits I wanted, I passed on the list and got assured it will be delivered very soon. How good is that!? 😃 And the thing I like the most, normal showroom, that you can just come in, and actually see and feel of what you are buying, not just online stuff that later on come as disappointment, surely website is there too which is great, but I'd rather do this way amd see it first. I will definitely be back! In person and online. Thanks guys!!!

A lovely warm welcome from Joe Davies this morning. As usual cup of coffee ☕ on arrival.
All displays have been re arranged which makes the shop area look nice and bright. Great Christmas display. Love looking around the shop rather than purchasing online. Can't wait for my next visit.

Received a parcel today from Joe Davies which was not supposed to be delivered to me. The correct address showing on the order confirmation. Breakdown on their systems I suspect. Now having to arrange to send 2 large, heavy boxes to the correct address at my own expense. Terrible service and poor data management Joe Davies.

This is by far the best wholesaler i have ever dealt with by a mile
And i have dealt with quite a few
Low minimum order, super fast delivery , well packaged & quality goods
Plus exceptional customer service , above and beyond
I just wish i had found Joe Davies sooner
