Review edited after much appreciated personal response below.

A small chain with a bit of that feeling but the prices are a bit high. Not much direct competition in the area. Always a decent option when in a rush.

The ladies who work here are always nice and friendly.

Overpriced, bad service with mediocre food. Paid 5.95 for a coffee, brownie and sandwich. Sign said coffee and tea included in the deal. Staff disagreed for flipping ages. Told me I’m getting a bargain 😂 and then younger lady made the coffee and I burnt myself picking it up because it was over filled. Coffee was meh. The egg mayo sandwich was filled with onion? Weird choice. Just disappointed all round. Also not accessible by wheelchair as there’s a step and no automatic door. Doubtful the staff will help you either.

Very poor.

After paying £2.80 for a stale sausage barm in a packet that was barley warm and looked like it had been kicked with a steel toe cap boot I didn’t even get served by a person with any manners. Not Evan a “thanks for overpaying for that pathetic excuse of a sandwich” never again for me.

In all honesty for what your paying the quality is simply not good enough. And they are forever running out of stuff very quickly to the point where I have stopped going. I'm not prepared to support a business where the staff cannot deliver a decent service. It really is that simple.

Always go here for sandwiches and salads but there is an older woman who works here with no manners whatsoever. Everytime I ask for a sandwich she pulls her face and she genuinely looks likes she hates her job and is quiet snappy! Will not be going back!

The food here is first class, particularly the sandwich platters, but I'm afraid due to one of your staffs horrific attitude, you've lost a high spending customer.
