Excellent customer service. Arrived in no time. This was my second time ordering from The Orient Honey. They honey tastes absolutely yummy and the price is very good considering it was sidr honey. I will definitely order more in the future. 2 kg lasts a little while. I take it alongside black seed oil with it on a regular basis, an amazing boos for the immune system. I also add to healthy smoothies instead of using sugar for myself and the kids. Adds flavour.

Excellent honey I drink it after boiling fresh water,cooled down slightly with -2 teaspoons of black seed sidr honey,or 1 teaspoon of black seed sidr honey and 1 teaspoon of sidr honey on an empty stomach at least once a week and if I have a cold it clear all blockages. I love the taste aswell.I would buy thus product regularly and have recommend it to many people.

Excellent quality of the sidr honey infused with blackseeds, the ingredients are already known to have excellent health benefits - it has helped my physical, immune and mental health greatly! The best honey i tasted. Delivery was fast and x2 1kg glass jars were packaged with extra care and arrived safely.
The taste is unique, nothing like what you get in the supermarket shelves. Its rich, thick and consistency is goey just how i like it.
The sweetness is mild to my taste.

Im a regular customer with this company and i love their honey but last time i have ordered and the honey hasnt been received to my door it was mistakenly delivered to different door and been signed as delivered to household and he took picture of the door as a proof and it dont my door in the pic , i contacted orient honey customer services number throughout whatsapp i told them i didnt get my parcel and show them the pictures as a proof that i didnt get my parcel and been delivered to different door no usually in this case any other company will deal with this case professionally and try to replace or refund and then as they are the senders they should contact hermes and investigate but i was disappointed actually coz i wasnt treated this way but they told me we cant do anything coz its shows it was delivered, they told me we cant do anything other than pass your dispute to hermes ! You are the sender you should deal with this not me im your customer and as you can see in the pictures shown that i was delivered to different address anyway the 1 star is for their service
