Went to pick up a collection from Olio, only to be told someone else picked up already.

No consideration for other people’s time, which is disrespectful.

If you’re an Olioer, avoid.

Not to mention that I was referred for a job with the before, and the hiring manager didn’t turn up for the interview.

Neither did he apologise. I hope they go out of business.

Terrible behaviour by the receptionist, she told me my account was for deletion. Took my card without saying anything cut it up and told me to leave. No explanation, just rude. The other bookers are much better. The receptionist ruined the whole experience.

Absolutely shocking behaviour today I just went into bookers in ardwick and to be told that my card is up for deletion. The receptionist properly took my card and cut it up in front of me and she said the account is no longer active but she must have got it wrong because I have only used . The card 3 weeks ago at another branch of bookers now the inconvenience of having to get to get a new card has been bestowed upon me..

Reduced delivery to once a week only and they failed to deliver the goods on the nominated day. The goods weren't delivered on the following day either. I see bookers van on any other weekdays on the roads but they have decided to deliver to us only once a week that has caused us so much inconvenience.
