Thank you James ( and your colleague whose name I didn’t get) for talking me through my options. I had photos of a Karcher power wash that needed repair. In the end, I was able to make an informed decision not to bother with that but instead have been pointed in the direction of a Karcher supplier that will deliver me a new power wash at the best available price ( I’m a domestic customer rather than commercial). I was even given a much needed lesson in all the attachments that come with a new hose reel that I need (that were blowing my mind). I highly recommend this place .

I had reason to visit the shop, and didn't know it was there to be fair.

Anyway, a chap called James helped me immensely. After I had messed up a few things, he continued to provide me with assistance, even knowing he was dealing with an idiot.

Gave good advice, assisted with fittings and such, and just overall was really helpful. Also gave me a few options on making the better purchase which was not the most expensive, but what I needed.

Thank you James. I didn't mean disrespect when I thought you looked a little like Harry Kane. I acknowledge you are more intelligent.

Caiiled on 6th November 2024 with my Karcher which had been damaged after being borrowed by a friend.The staff were really friendly and helpful and set about repairing my machine straightaway.The repair was completed in minutes and I wasn't even charged !!!! Brilliant service can't praise them enough.

After speaking with Gareth regarding how often we should have a service he advised that we could sign up for a maintenance contract which we have done without hesitation. I was looking for a telescopic lance for cleaning upstairs windows and the roof of my conservatory. I called in to the karcher MCC branch in Stockport, where they had exactly what I was looking for, a TLA4. What a really good piece of kit. I also bought the facade and glass cleaning set to go with the lance. I used the set with my old K2 karcher this morning and first impressions are that it was a really good buy.

The service, help and advice I received regarding the telescopic lance and the facade and glass cleaning kit I was given from James D, was excellent, He really knows his stuff, answered all my questions about the lance. Absolutely top class service.

If I was asked by anybody about karcher products, I certainly wouldn't hesitate in telling them to go and speak with James at the the karcher MCC store in Stockport.
