I dealt with Mr David Chapman who was very informative and made a seamless transaction for old to new energy suppliers. Every person that came to my property for wifi, smart meters were efficient and lots of communication running up to arriving with text messages and a phone call, I would recommend UW to friends and family.

This company have been horrendous for us. We had broadband issues due to living in a 3 story house. We were miss sold and quoted a price and promised the broadband would work. It didn’t! They promised us if we didn’t cancel they would give us higher usage for the same price this didn’t happen then we couldn’t cancel. We are now paying £20 extra a month and they won’t do a thing about it.
We then get offered a SIM card to reduce our electric bill, i was told there was a cap on it after 8 gb so we couldn’t go over the charge
We then get a bill for £147. 00. When I called they couldn’t do a thing, they never seem to accept liability for crap customer service or miss selling to people, they just make £1000’s ripping people off.
It all sounds great at the time but when it comes down to the problems they are no bothered to help. As a result we are taking all our business away and we have 3 properties. Their loss in the long run. Stay clear if you don’t want a head ache and unhelpful staff. We will be moving everything to octopus and sky by Jan 25 👍🏼 good riddens

Super service received by an experienced energy savings professional with a wealth of knowledge on how to reduce my bills.

David has proven himself to be genuine in his endeavours to ensure a reduction in our costs; and getting all my services from UW was the best thing I've done.

David has guided me through the process; answering all of my questions and there wasn't a thing he didn't have the answer for!

It gave me confidence knowing I have David as I hate all these switching processes and no longer have the worry of doing it.

1 star is too much to give to this terribly run company. They overinflated one of my Energy bills because they used a widely inaccurate estimate instead of the reading I provided. I wasn’t even in the flat for 3 weeks of the month so the bill should have been no more than £80 (which is still mental) but they estimated £260…. I rang up and said I’m not paying it. They froze my direct debit and said just pay the amount it should be. I did that and then paid the rest when I received my May bill. I was then £50 in credit, so I paid all but £50. They then proceeded to hound me with letters and emails to collect the £50 outstanding Which wasn’t outstanding because the credit they owed me would offset it. I rang up again and they said ignore the letters, there is no overdue balance on your account. The next day they turned off my WiFi connection. I rang up and they said it was a mistake but it could take up to 10 days to come back online. I work from home mostly and this is a major inconvenience. Honestly worst energy provider I’ve ever come across, but hey which providers are good. laughable.

I used their service for 14 months and i was paying my bills by direct debit. All was well until i decided to leave them. This when i received a massive bill… Also they told me that i would get £50 for any one that I introduced, which i did, but never received anything!

I am absolutely delighted to be back after listening to British Gas and there good deal
The whole experience made me ill.
Previously I was a customer with UW and in four years I hardly ever had to ring them up
Sadly I was hours on the phone to British Gas
Now I am already feeling much better.
So I know now that I will be helped if needed , Utility Warehouse are the best
I just hope I'm never going to make a mistake like I did ..
