It's a shame they can only receive 5 stars as James and colleagues deserve alot more than just 5*. James is a lovely person who by talking to him you can see how he is not only passionate but is very knowledgeable about the ducks that he raises and hatches. No matter what question you have James is able to answer it or finds the answerfor you, he let's you know that they are always there to help and answer and questions you have before and after collecting.
I would highly recommend both James and upper brook house farm.

James and his team were so lovely and extremely helpful. They were very prompt with answering any questions and keeping us updated. They helped source some beautiful ducks and ensured we were taken care of, throughout the entire process. I truly couldn't recommend a better team!

I would highly recommend James and his team. I was unable to find a pair of female call ducks in the area. I contacted James who did not have any at this time of year. However James was able to source the ducks for me via another breeder. James also assisted with organising transport and delivery of the birds. I can’t thank James enough for his help and professionalism.

Purchased a single Saxony duck from Upper Brook Farm House. Quality of the stock available on offer was top class.

The service offered by the owner (James) was flawless. The communication was speedy and frictionless. A complimentary book on how to look after the ducks, written by the UBFH team themselves, was given upon purchase of the duck - this was very informative and highlights the attention to detail in the service offered.

I recently bought two Call Duck Drakes from James and the team at Upper Brook House Poultry. The birds are in excellent condition and have a lovely temperament. The service was excellent, all my questions were answered promptly and when collecting the birds all the staff were lovely. I will definitely use Upper Brook House again and highly recommend them.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! We had two runner ducks who we sadly had to find new homes for due to moving house and they now have a new home at Upper Brook House Farm! Amazing service and James genuinely cares about the ducks. Will definitely get our ducks from here when we are in a position to have them in the future.
