The company also has a store at the Borough Market. Not only is the most expensive of all but also don't care about regular customers.
It used to have an offer for leftover juices (prepared at about 10am every day) it normally sells at £3 a cup to go down to £1 at 5pm, just before closure. As the juices stood all day on the display and no loner were fresh, it was a fair offer and some people working in nearby offices bought one on their way home. This has now changed. Apparenly, the management did not like the fact that some people did not buy at lunchtime but waited to the end of the day. Staff was instructed to bin the 20-30 cups of juice each day but god forbid sell them at discounted price. What a waste of products and what a company policy!!!

If all they care is selling to turists then proabaly they won't miss those regular customers who were buying at their store for years.

Apparently, they won a greengrocer of the year award in 2014. Not with with attitude.

Parliament Hill Farmers' Market:
Asparagus rotten within 2 days
Pears and apples INEDIBLE, rotten inside and flavourless. Such a disappointment.

Delicious strawberries! (the reason why I give two stars).

I visited your shop in The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells today. I took my partner with me as on a previous visit I had been so impressed with the fresh local produce and the variety of goods on sale. My partner was in agreement with me on this as shops like this are quite to find and its a real treat to come across one in such a lovely location. We took our purchases to the till and this is where the experience went down hill. I paid by card and the assistant told me that she was going outside to get signal and promptly left with my card in the machine. When she returned my card to me with my receipt I thanked her and at that point her reply was 'oh yeah thank you'. It came across that she could barely be bothered to communicate and had almost forgotten the reason she was there. At no point was I invited to go with her while she went to get signal and in my opinion the card should not have been removed from my sight. The young lady's overall attitude was dreadful and it doesn't inspire me to come back again.

Superb customer service. I ordered juices online on 23 December and the team kindly sent them overnight so I would have them in time for Christmas.
