Was looking for something quick to eat, found this place. Lovely bloke there. Pies and cheeses looked epic. Got a steak and ale pie. One of the best I’ve had! Massive chunks of tasty steak, deep rich ale gravy, well cooked pastry, delicious!. Definitely going back next time I’m in the area! Would recommend!

These people are brillaint, ive seen them at a few locations all over east anglia, in small villages too big show grounds, they never fail to disappoint and always have a smile. Great quality pies (try the chicken madras) and fantastic sellection of cheeses!!

Beware, he sells all cheeses at £30 a kilo, whether they be expensive or much cheaper cheeses. And no prices marked. £30 a kilo is a very high price indeed, justified only for a few cheeses.
I find his pies are too solid, not enough jelly and with the opposite of crisp pastry.
