Honestly I don’t like car shopping at all .But as soon as I walked on the R&L lot, the energy was good. Everybody was very approachable especially my salesman Rick Martinez. Really stand-up dude straightforward doesn’t talk that car salesman talk actually had smooth conversation with this gentleman.He made this car buying experience for me the best I have ever had. Definitely recommend anybody that’s looking to get a new vehicle to reach out to Rick Martinez and the R&L team you will not be disappointed.

Jeremy Vasquez was great ! Sent him a message on a car I was interested in and responded very promptly. Came to see the vehicle and Jeremy let us test drive it and we fell in love with the vehicle. They were able to work out a really great deal with us and give me the monthly payment I wanted with a LOW interest rate. I was very happy and surprised with the outcome and the customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who would like a great deal , they will work with you !

We actually came this past Saturday 01/06/2024 and found this dealership just trying to start small before going to the larger dealerships. Our plan was to only go in and look and get ideas and it was supposed to be LOOKING ONLY haha. Definitely want to give thanks to Rick! He helped my fiancé and I get an awesome truck for a more even awesome monthly payment…especially considering the market nowadays. There were a few times we were wanting to just hold off and wait, wanting to make sure this can be worked into our personal finances, but after really thinking about it and also seeing the negotiation and work being done by Rick, we could not pass it up. Especially with how much he got the monthly payment to and what he was able to get the down payment to as well. Throughout the whole process, Rick was very patient and showed diligence with us and made sure we had an understanding of what was occurring. As well as, making sure we were comfortable before moving forward. After finally making the decision to go through with it, we were able to get an amazing deal that most likely would not be available anywhere else or even at a different time. I work in the auto refinance business so I see what payments/rates are like in the market daily and for us at this time, it could not get any better than what we got. Also, wanted to shout out Omar as well as he was able to find us amazing full coverage insurance. When we were looking for the insurance it was way higher than what he was able to get us. Most definitely would recommend at least trying L&R first before a larger dealership. I will most definitely be telling my family and friends about my experience and to just go and check these guys out.

Beware! Unethical Practices at R&L "Certified" Auto Group

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with R&L "Certified" Auto Group. As a concerned parent, I accompanied my 18-year-old son, a new driver, to purchase his first car. What followed was nothing short of a nightmare.

1. Lemon Car: The vehicle they tried to sell us was an absolute lemon. It had more issues than a poorly written novel. Less than 3 days the clutch went out making the 2013 Scion undriveable.

2. Financial Deception: The sales team shamelessly manipulated my son, feeding him false promises about financing. They conveniently omitted critical details, leaving him blindsided by hidden fees and exorbitant interest rates (22%)!

3. Sales Manager’s Outburst: When I confronted the sales manager (Paul) about these unethical practices, he lost his composure. In front of other potential buyers, he raised his voice and berated me. It was a shocking display of unprofessionalism and unbecoming of a gentleman.

4. Money and Trade-In Held Hostage: Despite the finance company [Consumer Portfolio Services] canceling the deal due to their shady tactics, R&L "Certified" Auto Group refused to return my son’s hard-earned money and his trade-in vehicle. They clung to both like vultures.

In summary, R&L "Certified" Auto Group preys on unsuspecting customers, especially young ones and the inexperienced. Their lack of integrity and disregard for fair business practices is appalling. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dealership at all costs.
