Staff amazing. Sadly food not so good. Steak and kidney pie had one piece of extremely tough steak, far too many unexpected carrots. Gravy too tomatoey for this type of pie and excessively sweet. Pastry excellent!

Great selection of meals. I would highly recommend the Indian curries. The salted caramel and dark chocolate Pavola is also delicious with some fresh fruit.

Cook offers absolutely amazing ready meals and desserts. Their cheesecakes are absolutely to die for and this is a regular haunt when preparing meals or getting desserts for loved ones. Really worth trying if you haven't tried it before. You won't regret it.

Quality foods made in their own kitchens. Healthy choices and the puddings are to die for. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Few car spaces outside. Entrance not suitable for wheelchair users. It's not exactly cheap or expensive, but you do get quality specially prepared foods - imagine M&S but healthier.

Having been recommended Cook by a friend I thought I would try some of their meals. I have to say that I was disappointed, the meals I tried were very salty and not as tasty as I had hoped given that the marketing suggests they taste home cooked. The curry was ok but nothing special. The nut roast was disappointing and having used the one from Lidl as an alternative to stuffing I feel the Lidl one has much more flavour and was half the cost.

Popped in with Mum to source NICE ready meals, as she was fed up with supermarket options. Lovely choice of meals, and staff were sooo helpful. Of course, the proof is in the eating, so we shall see.
