As a newbie to chainsaws, the service and advice I was offered by Keith and the team in selecting the right product was exceptional. The buying options, pros and cons were clearly explained. The team couldn’t do enough and Keith advised and resolved a (self induced!) post purchase problem with the Stihl cordless chainsaw I had purchased.
