This is my favourite and best place to buy bulk live food for my pets, been using them around 4 years now, service is incredible I recommend using the courier service as when royal mail deliver them they have lost my package/ sent it to the wrong place 3 times, but when I rang/emailed them they sent a replacement out straight away and are so friendly and Annmarie is so helpful, super happy with their service highly recommend!! .Thank you so much!!

Bought mealworms for our garden birds from this company over the years and the service is fantastic. The quality is excellent and although through no fault of their own, Royal Mail lost my last order… the team dealt with my problem straight away and sent out a new package. 5 star!

Customer service is good as they not only emailed fast but also called me to tey resolve issues.
Delivery is also very quick and next day as promised hence 3 stars.

After 2 wrong amount orders the company sent me a 3rd free.... this was also counted by myself and again wrong and almost half missing on the small/mediums silent crickets.

Company then sent me a 4th free and the managing director himself sent video of himself calibrating and weighing the bugs. As that's the method they use to determine amount. They will count and weigh 100 bugs and then times it by 5 for a 500 order or 10 times for a 1000 order.

In the video he counted 20 and weighed them and then did the math to make it 1000 bugs and he said there ya go there is 1452 small/medium bugs roughly based on weight for 1000 order and can count them if I like.
I counted them with my partner... we had 715 small/medium bugs on a 1000 bug order so was 285 bugs short and not roughly 452 over as suggested. So their weighing method is not all that reliable in my opinion as its determined by the weight if the size bugs they start with which has too many variables.. I tried to explain why. An hope was taken on board by them.

The large bugs they sent me were counted at 573 for 500 order but again sizes were not as advertised an on the smaller side.

I'm in mixed minds whether to continue using company or not. But if I were too then I'd probably order a size up from what I need based on my experience with them.

Overall a good company but size and quantity methods need investigating and corrected.

They advised me they calibrate their tools all time to make sure correct. Even so i feel it's still not a great method as I had 4 orders of small/mediums which were all under by 300 hundred or more. If method worked then my orders would have been correct.

Have used this company a few times and found despatch time to be irregular.
After having waited a week, for a £50 order of mealworms and wax worms, I rang and was told my order was only showing as an "unconfirmed order". However, they had only quite happily taken payment for it a week ago! Very suspicious. Buyers beware.

Always been reliable with postage and never had issues. Recently I received an order which had more deceased insects than usual (likely due to weather and shipping) and they were helpful with rectifying my query.

Had issues with the packaging leading to some damage but the staff were quick, helpful and kind resending the entire order. Far better customer experience compared to what I have experienced with other companies. Thank you.

After trying multiple different stockists, I was never happy with sizing or quality of the live food. I was recommended this company from a fellow keeper and since using them I have been very happy with the quality! the sizing is also exactly as described which is something else I've found difficult with other companies. This is the only company I buy from now and I recommended them to other keepers.

Brilliant quality live feed that arrives quickly! I’ve stopped wasting my money at local pet/exotic shops because the feed doesn’t survive long at all despite me providing food and water everyday. The crickets I get from here survive until my tarantula has eaten every last one!
