I have had an excellent experience with Advantage Catering Equipment.

In particular, special mention goes to Craig.

He was able to get a water softener dispatched very quickly from their main distributor. Unfortunately, it had some issues and didn't work too well. However, he was quick to resolve the issue and chased up the courier several times to ensure the safe return of the faulty model, and replacement with a new one.

I would highly recommend Advantage Catering Equipment, and will use them again in the future!

I bought an industrial fridge through Advantage Catering Equipment in which to store Japanese sake. The order process was simple and the delivery was during the time window stated (though, ideally this time window would have been a little narrower). Goods delivered as described. Excellent on all counts, and Craig was happy to accommodate the minor request I contacted them with, making for an easy sale.

And of course, the Vogue tri-wall pots are excellent as well.

Just as an aside, because I searched high and low for this information and now know it myself:

If you're used to heavy-gauge tin or silver-lined copper cookware, tri-wall cookware is comparatively not *quite* as good. This is a minor point however, because it makes up for that by being excellent in its own right, and not needing any maintenance (zero, really), and being easy to throw in the dishwasher and bang around.

So I have the copper for situations where it's really necessary, and the rest of the time, or when it's being repaired, I can use the Vogue tri-wall and not think twice about it.

I have been using Advantage catering for a few years now for catering equipment & repairs.
We have just brought 2 Rational ovens of them and had them installed. Nick has been great with costings and advice. The guys that installed them were also very professional and friendly.
I cannot fault this company at all. I highly recommend using Advantage catering for all purchases/install & repairs.
