Despite repeated requests to attend & rectify a number of faults to my newly-built property I have received zero acknowledgement & after 3 months I am still waiting for any resolution. The lack of communication is inexcusable & paints a different picture of the company to that they would like to present. One of the faults is a leak around an upstairs window - still not addressed after 3 months and water entering the property & a roof that appears to be a sub-standard installation already showing lifting so soon after completion.The build quality seems to be variable at best. Despite having been told & having it confirmed in writing that a green roof at the front of the property had been correctly installed, it transpires this was a lie and it has been confirmed by the supplier of the green roof that it has not been installed as per their specifications. It would be great to have some interaction with Jenners customer care, but their silence is deafening. I have twice within the past month been promised that works will begin, but needless to say nothing has been done to begin rectifying the faults. All in all, a disappointing experience that is causing ongoing stress. At present I would recommend avoiding these builders.

I currently live next to one of Jenners sites, I have had 4 days of abuse from their labours who think it’s highly amusing to shout names, make rude gestures and alike towards me. I can’t even go out in my own back garden without being harassed. Despite speaking numerous times to Jenners no action has been taken, even though I was given assurances that it would be. I am disabled with mobility issues and suffer from severe anxiety, I can no longer go in my own garden or pass the site. Yet nothing is being done. What a great company to accept this! I have been advised to contact the police and file a report for bullying and harassment which I fully intend to do as Jenner has had its chance to take action.

Wouldn't trust this contractor, they have closed a road owned by Highway England without the correct permits to do so. Local council are now involved. Jenner's obviously don't check their paperwork before acting. They even tried installing fencing that was above legal hight. Luckily Council made them remove it immediately

Purchased a new build house
Was informed by head of the snagging team that they will return when house settles from the build.
Four years now and still waiting for the company to come back.
Kept seeing head man and when asked about the snagging list
His response was we haven’t forgot you.
