Where do I start? The whole process was positive from dealing with yourself to the installation with Paul and the lads. I think it was the best decision I made during the hardest time in 13 years in the industry. The only regret is I didn't do it sooner. Since opening the equipment has been a pleasure to use, making our lives much easier and more efficient as I spend less time worrying about temps and timings as it does it all for you. I could write pages on the positives i have experienced with the KFE range and the team of professionals in the company, not to forget Tower Leasing for making it financially possible. Well worth every penny. Thank you

I cannot rate KFE highly enough, the staff are extremely knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble for the the install team and the after sales support has been fantastic.

Have dealt with several companies over the years but now have my shops with a KFE Range.
The staff and rep are always so helpful, our new range last month was just what we wanted at an affordable price. Getting a bespoke range is difficult but Gordon guided us through the process seamlessly. Lastly I have to mention the team of Scottish engineers. They're always there if you need them and work with you get get the job done when you can have them in. Fitting the new range was always going to be difficult but George and the team had it running perfectly within a day.
Praise where its due but truthfully I can't fault them.

We’ve had the range now for nearly two years, and I’ve generally wanted to give a very good review and thought I’d give the company the benefit of doubt, sadly there are more things wrong than right. Pretty serious things wrong than right. the fixtures are falling apart and into food. Fixtures from the chip box had fallen off and into a customers food, (this was 2/3 months from new) which is extremely bad for us as a business. Now fixtures from the hot box are falling off, the very first service we had, the engineer left one of the control boxes open and steam got into it, causing it to go crazy, and even though it has now been fixed and put back in place correctly, I fear there is lasting damage, as every so often it starts playing up and the dials change on their own. The draining grills were given to us bent and when questioned we were told that’s how they’re supposed to be, only when raising it further were we told by the engineer that no it’s not how it’s suppose to be and new ones were then commissioned. The service and our concerns are not taken seriously. We have asked twice for someone to take a full review and look over the range again and make sure everything is up to spec and secured, which hasn’t happened. We’ve asked twice for someone to come and show us how to clean out the pans properly (boil out) We were not shown fully how to use the range and maintain the range properly in the first instance, The doors to the hot box, keep having fixtures fall off including the handles. The range was left with metal scrapings within the range box, leaving us to clean it out properly, The hot box does not retain heat well as there is gaps in the doors to the hot box. It overly heats the items in the middle and the ones near the doors go cold, Just a number of issues, sadly too many for my liking, and something you do not expect from a new product you have spent thousands on, the quality doesn’t justify the spend. Have tried to give benefit of doubt, but sadly very disappointed with the lack of support and response.

We’ve asked how to clean it properly for the last three months, and nothing was done about it. Just ignored.

Giving 1 star as I feel mislead, feeling pressured to get it, pressured to stick to a installation time which was not appropriate and then not being able to have a project manager speak to you and make sure you have everything you need for installation. I am very disappointed as a whole, and I truly have tried to give benefit of doubt. there are others that offer ranges and send people out to work with you. To ensure you’re getting the best out of your product and using it correctly from the very first time you operate it and cook using it and maintaining it well. This is not the experience I got.

I personally from this experience wouldn’t recommend nor use for the next one. Just not worth the additional stress caused and being unheard.

Have bought 3 Kiremko Ranges over the past 15 years, superb service from start to finish. There's a lot of choice out there but when you take into account quality, performance, servicing and after care then in my opinion the field drops down to one. Can't fault Kiremko, a strong, reliable, efficient range backed up with 1st class engineers. Being based in the Highlands I can't afford anything less.

We are on our third Kiremko range now having refitted our Golspie shop last year. The new range is amazing and has made a huge difference to our operating procedures. The chips are more consistent and the range is more energy efficient. We can not praise the service more from the planning and ordering with Gordon to the installation with Keith. If we could give more stars we would. We are now in the very early stages of planning for our Beauly shop and will be using KFE again. Thank you again

Having purchased our 1st Kiremko range 6 years ago we was so happy with it that we had another one installed at one of our other shops and won't hesitate to use them again when we decide to change the ranges at our other shops too. Customer services are good helpful and things delivered on time when we have orderd them. Keep up the good work.

We have been in the trade 40 years and purchased our first Kiremko range 18 months ago. We are absolutely delighted with the range so much so we have ordered another for our new shop.
Nick and the team have been by our sides all the way from the design stage to the install an absolute joy to work with.
