Popped In today needing a strimmer. First time I’ve visited the shop and will be my first choice next time I need tools / mowers.

Staff were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and generally just brilliant - thank you.

They guided me to the right tool for the job and made a point of saying that they wouldn’t sell me something for the sake of it / if it couldn’t do what I needed (I needed to consider a blade upgrade if I unearth brambles on the job).

MPS are a very helpful and professional outfit. I have bought all my mowers here for the last 35 years. Today my Hayter 41 would not start, l rang MPS and they immediately knew what the problem was. I took the mower in and they replaced the wiring harness in five minutes.

Knowledgeable sales, excellent after-sales. Matt came 15 miles to view the property to make sure we were getting the right equipment and we have been very pleased with the purchase. Had issue after 3 months, for which Connor went beyond the letter of the warranty to make right. Have since bought further tools from them and have always been pleased with the service. They clearly care about quality of service and reputation. Highly recommended.

On three occasions now I have had excellent service from the guys at MPS. They are quick to give good advice and happy to recommend other businesses that can help even if they can’t - fair play guys!

They have an impressive stock of new machinery and loads of parts. On my second visit I turned up with a handful of parts for a fairly old mower and within 5 minutes was handed everything I needed (for a fair price too)! The gentleman who served me was friendly and keen to help.

I Have had the pleasure of using their services for nearly 20 years now professionally.
This company goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Have bought many pieces of garden equipment and used ther tree services a number of times.
The owner is without doubt the best garden business owner I have yet met and during a recent open day were they had tools to try and buy they offered free bbq for trade.
No wonder they are doing so well after all these years! Thanks again Dave, I think I had one to many burgers though!! Time for the gym!?Thanks again

I have used them twice to service my Briggs and Stratton mover and will never use again! First time it came back and the wheels no longer turned plus some new fittings came off. Second time they tried very hard to sell me a new machine telling me mine was too old and probably could not get parts for the service. I had to practically beg them to service it. Amazing lack of empathy and frankly not to be trusted.
