Dowen Estate Agents genuinely exceeded my expectations. They were able to cater to my needs at such short notice. The office staff were helpful, accommodating and polite and Emilee, the Manager, was absolutely brilliant when she came out to value my house. I think it is a nerve wracking experience when contemplating selling your property. From the minute she walked in she put me at ease and it was like having a discussion with a friend. She is so professional yet down to earth and the advice she gave me was invaluable. Everything was so easy to understand and straightforward and the deal she put together was really good value and took all the hassle out of thinking about solicitors etc. She made all the time necessary for all of my questions, nothing was rushed. She took the most impressive photos that really reflected all the work I'd put into my home and even started to move outside bins etc. I couldn't have picked a better Estate Agents if I tried. A lot of households in my street, three of who were friends used Dowen and sold their houses in a week or less which to me proves how committed they are to getting their customers fast results. At the same time there is absolutely no pressure. Personally I wouldn't go past them for the reasons I've mentioned but also because I was left feeling at ease, happy and confident I was getting the service that I needed. Credit where credit is due!
