I had to load a container here today , And was told that I’m not allowed to sit in my cab in the warm while I was getting loaded , I was told to sit outside in the freezing cold until I was loaded , This is an inhumane request by the management of this site who have made it company policy , I’m going to contact HSE next week and inform them of this health and safety issue , And also no proper toilets onsite for drivers , Just a plastic box to sit in outside again , This why drivers are leaving the industry because of being treated like scum , I will add pictures so can see the inhumane treatment we drivers have to put up with

I recently purchased tea lights for a Diwali festival from Nisbets, and unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the quality. The product description claimed a burn time of 4 hours, but in reality, they barely work for an hour and half leaving rest of the wax unused.
Additionally, the flame is weaker than expected and tends to flicker out easily, which affects their usefulness for events or ambient lighting. For the price, I expected a more reliable product. Overall, these tea lights don't live up to their description, and I wouldn't recommend them if you need long-lasting, stable light.
I would better recommend Asda who do tea lights for £3.75 and works very well.

I like the selection at Nisbets, and although not local to me I love to spend time browsing the National Catering Equipment Centre, and the clearance centre. On my recent visit I was so impressed with the helpfulness of the staff and in particular the manager Nadine was extremely helpful, and sorted out my order issues with empathy and understanding. She is definitely a real asset to Nisbets....I am really grateful she was able to sort matters out so efficiently.

Drivers are expected to sit outside on a choice of garden chair or worn out revolving office chair. When I say outside I mean outside no weather protection and if you require the loo you are expected to use a filthy thunder box.
This companies customers would not leave such high ratings if they were treated the same. Talk about Dickensian times this is it. They should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves for treating delivery and collection drivers like this.
I for one have refused to return to this DUMP !

While Nisbits maybe reasonably priced they have the worst & most un-environmentally friendly delivery practices around. Not having their own delivery services & using couriers means your order shows up piecemeal, & you will frequently get a large box, only to open it & find something like a singular mop head inside!
Their large appliance deliveries are even worse. They will use massive 18-20 ton lorries to deliver into a busy city centre and then fail to deliver when they can't get access to the property. They will frequently ignore the delivery times & instructions detailed meaning more failed deliveries/collections. We have currently been waiting 2 weeks for a freezer to be collected, which should have gone when they delivered the new one, which itself was 2 days late.
After using them multiple times across multiple businesses, I have to say avoid Nisbits, you're better off using someone else and getting a more reliable service.

Great supply for all commercial kitchens, cafes and restaurants.
Reasonable prices but some are high.. anyway! Buy cheap then buy twice so better to go for reputable brands..
Had good shopping for our new restaurant in London
