Oh my god!.. I had a pork sandwich with dripping, mustard n some crackle. Absolutely heaven. Best taste I've ever had in my whole life.. I'm coming back again if I go pass by.. Will definitely recommend it to someone.. Thank you ?

Very friendly service and both the homemade 'Hendos' pork pie and 'Mucky' Scotch egg (with black pudding) were very tasty. Lots of homemade pies to take home and cook, fresh meat and veg...plus delicious hot roast pork sarnie with roasties!

Fresh food, friendly staff, amazing quality!

Always amazing no matter which cut of meat you try and the lemon chicken is fabulous.

Wide selection and all delicious.

Recommend the scotch egg and the version with the black pudding! Very good and fantastic service from a dedicated team.

Food selection and quality is good, use to be a regular until I had my food rationed for me due to a supply issue where they split my order to keep some in stock for others even though I had the same order every week for over a year, just so it could be seen to have stock which would run out at some point?

What a wonderful shop! We discovered them during the first lockdown and now get all our meat there which is top quality. The pies, pasties and legendary black pudding scotch eggs are all made on-site and taste like heaven. Loads of other food too such as bread, pasta, sauces, milk and cakes and chutneys. The couple who run it are so nice and welcoming and must work their socks off (they made 40 burgers for us while we waited!)

As good a pork sandwich as I've ever had, & 3 of these marvelous treats plus 2 cakes set me back £14 which considering the quality was an absolute bargain. If the rest of their stuff is as good, a can't-miss.
