Great little getaway, tucked away in a quaint location in Ashbourne. On site farm selling fresh meat and veg. The site has no electric hookups, there are a number of well made compost toilets around the site. Very friendly and welcoming. Great price for camping too.

We stayed for 1 night and would definitely come again.

A wonderful weekend in a Yurt. Set in a little glade on the farm, the magic of this place weaves its spell over you.

The Yurt was delightful with comfy beds and a log burner for when the sun went down. The cooking facilities were spot on, there is no need to take anything except food.

In the evening, with all the lights twinkling, the barbecue cooking the farm's produce, sitting around the firepit laughing with friends with a glass of fizz, l was enchanted.

The most beautiful and relaxing places I have ever visited. Loved by the whole family.
Working organic farm with camping and beautiful luxury Mongolian yurts if you fancy something a little more special.
Meat and the most amazing pizza available on sight.
Host couldn't possibly me more lovely and accomodating. I really can't rate this place highly enough if you are seeking some outdoor time and the location was actually really easy to find considering it's rural location!
Soo needed to unwind and this place ticks all the boxes.

Spent a weekend here just before lock down. Pure bliss very peaceful lovely views across the valley. There are the usual facilities on site including toilets and showers. If you are looking for a peaceful weekend this is perfect. Honesty box for payment also available.

Lovely affordable campsite with cracking views down the valley. Fire pits freely available, wood £5 per bag, with plenty provided. Various dry 'long drop' toilets dotted around the site, along with water points. No hot water or pot wash facilities, no showers etc. A proper back to basics site, and all the better for it. Really good directions and communications on booking, and very friendly on arrival when buying wood too. Loads of geese and chickens wandering around, all very content and friendly. Be ready for the multiple cockerels to let you know it's morning! Would happily return.

Great campsite. Allows open fires, has fresh farm meat available and really friendly and welcoming. Great views. Facilities are basic (no showers and basic toilets), but has fresh water available and it's a great working farm. That's a plus for me as the price was low and the location was spot on. 🙂 Will certainly be returning!
