I’ve use CAME gear quite a lot over the years and always found it works well, it's not the cheapest but it's probably the most reliable.
My last install was a very tricky one, the client needed one gate to open 90 degrees and one to open 180 degrees and the gates to open and close at certain times on certain days automatically and they also wanted to control the gates via an app on their phone (all of which CAME assured me was possible). I spoke to tech services and they forwarded me a list of products I'd need to do the job. Got down to fitting, there was a couple of issues (operator error not CAME at fault) a few quick phone calls to tech services and everything working as it should. I can't praise the tech department enough!

Had some issues with new transmitters that wouldn't register to the gate controller. CAME website wasn't massively helpful but when I contacted their service desk they couldn't have been more so. Response back within a day and the new transmitters were up and working. Excellent customer service.

I had a few teething problems with my gates and their operation so contacted Came Tech support.
A big shout out and much appreciation for the tech team especially Richard who was instrumental in getting the problem sorted.
What a great guy, with knowledge of the Came product second to none.
He was very understanding of my situation and extremely patient in helping me resolve the issue I had.

22.06.2022. Been doing this job for as long as I can remember. But me and remote fobs do not mix. Customer handed me some remote fobs. Not in the original packaging. Went on the goggle machine. Trust me to have the remote fob nobody has done and for the logic I wanted the fobs to do. (they were CAME fobs). I needed one button to open the gate. Time out and close. Or stop and close straight away. The other button had to open the gate. And if the button was pressed again. The gate had to stop open. Pressed again. The gate would close.
Getting on late in the day. Phoned CAME tech support. A fella called Richard answered. Lovely fella and very helpful. He could not do enough to help me. As the fobs had been programmed into the control board and were incorrect logic. He took the time to go through the whole process, So everything was working as it should. Cannot thank Richard enough.
CAME. Can you please put your wiring diagrams on one page please. It drives me barmy flicking through the manual. Nobody ever has a manual in the barrier or gate. So you are messing about on you phone. Scrolling up and down, to look for wiring connections. I have had years of working on bespoke gates and barriers. Remembering off the shelf equipment, control board connections will take some time. It would just be easier for everyone (I think) to have a wiring diagram on one page.
