Excellent location, ok it’s a bit out the way but completely worth the visit. Lovely. Surroundings, charming cafe, the flat white was excellent. Just a great atmosphere and its bustling. We’ve just been and it’s all done out for Christmas . Visit and get into the spirit

This is next to Doddington Hall but can be visited independently and without entry charge. The farm shop is well stocked and managed to pick up a few extra Christmas presents. On the site, there is also the 'Bauble Barn' which stocks a very wide range of Christmas decorations.

The grounds are simply outstanding, but the site still has room to be improved - clearer signs for parking would be good and a crossing system is certainly needed from the overflow to the main entrance. the bauble barn sounded a great idea, however most items had already been sold and not been replenished so they’re wasn’t an awful lot to look at rather disappointing! Cafe and restaurant was extremely busy, which you’d expect, however the staff need to have a better in and out system rather than accepting customers in to buy food only to find out there’s no tables to sit around to eat it.

Really enjoyed our visit - great for gift inspiration and a trip out with family and friends! Love the farm shop, cafe, gift shop and bauble shop too. There's a lovely walk up from the shop & cafe - definitely worth a look! The cafe itself has a great menu, the staff were really attentive and the atmosphere is really lovely for all the family. Highly recommend!

First time we had ever been there , will definitely go again. Ok, it's a farm shop so you won't get you supermarket discounts but there were so many gorgeous products and produce of which so many were bespoke or very different than your everyday items. Best way to describe it, naughty but nice.

The Doddington estate was a worthwhile trip! Then after a bit of site seeing, you are able to pit stop at this café.

We went midweek at midday and there was plenty of seating available. We opted to sit outside as the weather permitted.

Although I secretly wanted breakfast - it was lunch vibes. I went for the old classic - fish and chips, that was as you would expect, however, the mushy peas were a bit on the sweet side. My partner went for flat bread and really enjoyed it.

Service was fine, no excessive wait times or anything like that. Being outside it would have been nice to have the staff take away used mugs and plates during our time at the table.

We had rounds of coffee and finished off with a cake each. We were spoilt for choice on the options of cake and they all looked delicious.

All in all, a good experience, a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.

This is a wonderful location to eat and drink. I have been many times, for cakes, snacks, meals. I have bought individuals here for businesses lunches or family meals. The place is always busy, but the food and service is first class.
