So a bit of a back story first.
I ordered one of everything via Amazon as gifts for my wife. However only half the items arrived with the other half being damaged during transit and retuned to Amazon. (Never arrived and all Amazon fault). I messaged RoniB's via Amazon but (while being very understanding) unfortunately there wasn't anything they could do as it was an Amazon fulfilled order. This now being Christmas eve I was resigned to not being able to gift them to my wife. I decided to see if I could order direct for delivery after Christmas anyway. I found their website straight away (don't know why I didn't do this in the first place!). The website was easy to use, very informative about each product and just around excellent. I ordered the remaining missing items easily to have delivery after Christmas and went away happy. Later that evening (still Christmas eve) I had a knock on the door, it was Mr RoniB's (apologies I was so taken back I forgot to ask your name) he explained they had put 2 and 2 together and seen it was me from the Amazon order and knew it was intended as a Christmas gift and so hand delivered the items. I so speechless and really don't know the words to express my gratitude for their kindness and just incredible customer service. Thank you so much. My wife is now over the moon and you now have a customer for life.
Not only has the customer service been just outstanding, the products are just amazing. The packaging is spot on. The quality of the ingredients and the tastes are out of this world. We have polished of a whole jar of the garlic and chilli spread already, I can recommend it with your cold turkey and other meats left over from your Christmas meal. We now have a week's worth of meals planned around each of the sauces etc. I cannot wait for more products to be released as I am sure they will be equally tasty. Two requests my wife has would be for Chicken oil and Crab paste ?. I can't recommend RoniB's enough, just amazing. Thank you.

Just finished my jar of Kalamansi marmalade I bought at a show and now looking to see how to get some more. Wow, what a fabulous taste and it goes with so many things!!

It was OK ?, but I share other posts. Once opened, and as you suggest, refrigerated, its hard to get it out of the bottle. Why not a jar rather than a tall small necked bottle. What do you think ? I bought it in Aldi not online .

Quick delivery and exceptional service. An item within my order wasn't in stock so they dispatched separately to not hold up the rest - although the second delivery didn't feel like that long of a wait! Bought items for a birthday gift and some for own use. Definitely will purchase again

Got to try these amazing sauce at Secrets Farmers Market and absolutely loved them! Walked away with the banana ketchup which is brilliant. Will definitely be back for more

Picked up some Tamarind Jam amongst some other bits and pieces at the Milford farmers market at Secretts and oh wow, what an absolute treat!

We have only tried the Tamarid Jam but if the others are as good as this we won't be disappointed! It's got a wonderful sweetness to get things going then you get a lovely zing from the gin infused in there. Perfect to compliment a similar cheese. Just turns a normal lunch or snack into something very special. Can't wait to try the other jams and the garlic chili paste. ?

The garlic chilli oil is delicious, I drizzle it over dumplings. Having bought some at a market, I ordered some more as Christmas presents and it was delivered in less than 24 hours and they rang me to ask if it was okay to leave outside the house. Amazing service and products 🙂

We discovered these products when we were visiting a farmers market in West Sussex and we’re hooked. The Tamarind Jam is a must try! Everything we’ve had has been delightful and we’ll keep our kitchen stocked with these yummy jams and oils forever!
