Jack was prompt and very professional. He worked at both my Dad's house and mine. He replaced a tap and mended two toilets, small jobs but things we would never have got round to doing. Would recommend this company and Jack the plumber

I have just had a combination boiler installed in my home which involved 4 days work. The heating engineer from R G Shed was friendly, helpful and was very happy to answer any questions I or my son had about the installation. I have used this company on several occasions now and found them to be so helpful when I have had an emergency which has been twice now. Came home to a broken shower / mixer tap. Called RG Shed the following day and spoke to the lovely Millie who had an Engineer (Jack) in the area who was with me within 20 mins. He was so efficient - went off and got the relevant new parts and had it all fixed and working again. Jack was friendly and polite and had everything cleaned up before he left as he had to remove the bath panel etc. Excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and use again !

I arrived home from holiday on a Friday in mid-January to find my heating had failed. I contacted R G Shed who I have used previously. The arrived within an hour or two, established that the boiler had failed and needed replacement. Old boiler removed and replacement fitted on the Monday. I was impressed that the engineers spent some time flushing the system, then fully drained and recharged it.
The engineers were helpful and supportive and did the job thoroughly.
I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.
