She went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed, recommended the lemon drizzle cake (which was a highlight!), and even shared some local tips for exploring the park. Her genuine enthusiasm and attention to detail made my visit extra special.

This lovely little horse box cafe was the perfect surprise pitstop on our walk along the South Downs Way from Ditchling Beacon today. Super friendly service and amazing home made toasties and flapjacks (in FOUR flavours - yum yum!) plus ice cream, teas, coffees, cold drinks - and even alcoholic ones! And a loo as well (even if it’s a portaloo) is a massive bonus for us ladies!

Great coffee, beautiful views and a fantastic owner who is incredibly friendly. There are real feel good vibes at the Pink Pit Stop. You don't just want a good coffee here, but even their cakes taste good and they are fresh! The owner is chatty, and takes great care of their customers. On your bike? Going for a walk on the downs? Unfortunately the Pink Van wasn't there yesterday. We did make use of the pink benches for a water stop. Hopefully the van will be there next time !

A lovely little coffee shop by the side of the South Downs Way selling teas, coffee and an assortment of snacks. The lady running the shop was very helpful and friendly. Great little place for a rest if you are walking or cycling the way!
