I’ve been buying apples and mushrooms from you for years and the sellers have always been ok. But the person selling today (Easter Sunday) at Leytonstone Farmers Market was so passive aggressive that it took me by surprise and I didn’t know how to react. I could tell she was unfriendly when I first got to the stall but I was hoping I’d manage to make my purchase without confrontation.

She asked me to put the apples I purchased in my bag which was full of pastries and when I said that I needed an additional paper bag because I was carrying pastries in that bag, she said there was no need to waste another bag and that she was trying to save a tree! I can’t believe I was told off and shamed over a paper bag by someone selling me apples in the farmers market.

Excellent. Know them from Queen’s park farmers market. Really lovely organic produce, mushroom varieties, and seasonal products such as their radish kimchi- it was so delicious and took me by surprise. Also their raw apple juice is out of this world when drunk after being refrigerated. Run by a wonderful family. Highly recommend!
