Texted Anja the day before to see if she could provide a couple of chilled bottles of Classic Cuvee to have on our walk. She was fantastic and met us at the shop. We then had the wine up on Streat overlooking the Downs on a beautiful sunny day and the wine definitely had that creamy biscuity flavour you would associate with champagne. Definitely one of the top English sparkling wines.
