Cannot recommend enough, we used Cashew Catering for our wedding and they were brilliant from start to finish. From the tasting onward they were professional and relaxed and made nothing feel like too much trouble. If you're thinking of using them you will not regret it! John and his team catered for our relaxation retreat at Fair Oak Farm. The food was incredible. We enjoyed a fantastic three course dinner and delicious brunch. My husband is a very fussy vegetarian and he loved all of it. John was brilliant catering for both a gluten free (coeliac) guest and one with a dairy allergy. Cannot recommend highly enough. Communication, service and quality of food was spot on. Just brilliant!

John from Cashew recently catered for a retreat I was attending and we were blown away by the creativity and love poured into his catering. Fantastic vegan food served in very generous portions. Always served with a smile. He took care of everyone’s dietary requirements with great care. We all felt so blessed to be nourished by him both with his menus and his presence.

We were recommended Cashew Catering by a friend for our wedding and wow did they not disappoint. We wanted vegetarian sharing plates and John immediately sent us an enormous list of potentials, which had our mouths watering and was not too expensive all in including canapes. Alongside John we whittled this down to a wedding menu for 120 people and he invited us to a tasting at his HQ, which was just fantastic. On the day John and team were easygoing, extremely competent and did everything with minimal fuss, which included helping with wait staff and the clear up. The food was sensational, very different to your average wedding fare, and the guests were highly complementary. Dishes included Thai summer rolls with tamarind sauce, spanakopita, stuffed aubergine, a caponata veg medley and some incredible desserts. Along with cooking delicious food, John is a thoroughly nice bloke who is super easy to deal with. Would heartily recommend these guys!

John created a delicious vegan and vegetarian brunch buffet for 65 guests for the day after our daughter's wedding. The food was gorgeous and beautifully presented. The guests were a cross-section of vegans, vegetarians and omnivores and everyone loved the food. I highly recommend Cashew Catering. John was professional and well-organised and the food arrived on-time on the day.

Our daughter used Cashew Catering for her wedding in June. I can honestly say the food was absolutely delicious. I was hesitant about having vegan for the guests, but I need not have worried. The variety, flavours and presentation were outstanding. Discerning foodie guests were amazed how vegan food could be so delicious and full of flavour and texture. John and his team catered for our wedding and the whole team were amazing. We got so many compliments from meat eating friends and family, including one couple who are thinking of going veggie as the food was so delicious.

John is so friendly and an incredible vegetarian/vegan chef, great communicator, and a calming, joyful presence. The wood fired pizzas at Wilderness Wood were incredible too along with an impress array of mains and desserts for our wedding.
His Cashew Catering crew were wonderful.

All our guests were raving about the food:
"I've never tried vegan food before, it was delicious!"
"The pizzas were amazing. And the salads too."
"And the food... on point!"
Etc etc

Would highly recommend to anyone.
