I really wanted to be happy and give 5* but after ordering online a particular type of sausage brand. I was excited to try and potentially use for my busy local cafe.
I’m left without wanting to ever order again.
Order was lost and forgotten about even after having a phone call the day before saying it was ready to collect. We spent about half an hour left in an empty butchery area waiting. The man who I spoke to had no idea of my order even when I showed him the order email confirmation. Also said that the phone call I received from the lady the day previous was not a number he recognised. At this point we were ready to leave. Then we were produced with what we had ordered but the sausages where frozen. Not having ordered frozen, I was expecting fresh for the price. I just can’t believe this standard is acceptable.

Great place to buy meat as well as other interesting foods. Staff are fabulous and really knowledgeable about the products. We bought this years Christmas turkey, a frozen, boneless breast. It was the best turkey we've had in years, moist and very tasty. It sliced beautifully with no waste. I would definitely recommend shopping here.
