They have some really great high quality items. I love that they have fresh organic turmeric root which is hard to find. Just they weren't such tiny pieces.

Great place for local farmers market items in the middle of the week. Bulk foods are reasonably priced. And they have Vermont made kefirs! Herbal tinctures. Fresh produce, kombucha on tap, sandwiches, huge teas selection, honey and organic agave syrup.
It’s only $10 to be a member and you don’t need to be a member to shop there. $10 is a small price to pay to help keep local farms supported.
Definitely worth the trip...

Clean and pleasant store staffed by pleasant folk. Nice selection of goods considering the relative smallness of the shop. Their bulk spices are of a noticeably higher quality than what is available at the bigger grocers in town and, often as not, more economical.

Friendly folks, fairly broad vegan/specialty selection, and a big bulk section for the overall size of the business! Affordable membership cost, and easy specialty order process.. asked them to order in tofutti a few months back since no other store carried it locally, and they still have it on the shelves! I am comtented with our city's little co-op.
