When my wife booked a few days here, I was a bit sceptical as I am used to busy seaside resorts. However, I absolutely loved this break. The farm is lovely and all of the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. The cottage was beautiful and spotless. The scenery was stunning. The owners of the cottage were also very helpful. You can either admire the scenery or walk it. Beautiful place, lovely farm and a fantastic cottage. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cottage in beautiful countryside. Far enough out to feel part of nature, but close enough for any amenities you may need. The underfloor heating kept the cottage lovely and warm and the log burner gave it the ambiance that only a fire can give. ||There were plenty of rugs and blankets throughout, should you need them and the cottage was equipped with everything you would find at home. ||The welcome pack of fresh eggs,milk and biscuits were a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the hot water plentiful. ||I would definitely recommend to others and would stay again when visiting the area

We loved Nell's Cottage! We needed somewhere to stay whilst visiting my elderly Auntie in Oldham & this was perfect. Very well equipped, cozy & warm & spotlessly clean. |There is also a comfy king-sized bed, which, as my husband is 6'4", was great.|We were very lucky with the weather which meant that we could take full advantage of the truly amazing views.

Jenny’s Cottage at Diggle Farm was lovely and cosy. Set in stunning countryside with easy access to Liverpool and Manchester. We had a great few days to enjoy the villages and countryside as well as roaming to Liverpool. The cottage had all the facilities you needed and background heating was welcome coming in from the rain. Checking in was easy and Nigel was at hand if we needed any help.

Lovely well appointed cottage in a stunning location on a farm. Our 3 little boys loved it and really enjoyed seeing all the animals, especially the geese!|Lots of easy access walks for little legs and a pram along the canal in the nearby villages of Diggle, Uppermill and Marsden.

LOVED JIMS BARN|What a beautiful place to stay |Everything you need in house and diggle a short drive away |The scenery is breathtaking and the livery and farm are lovely to look at |Fresh eggs which come from the farm |Plenty of books puzzles and games if weathers rubbish and its a cosy home day|The barn is lovely and clean|Theres dishwasher oven fridge and use of washing machine in laundry room is perfect if you get mucky or have kids like we do |I took my own washing tablets as have kids with sensitive skin |But theres tesco morrisons and b and m not far drive if you need anything |We will be returning next year as we are regular visitors to area |I would recommend jims barn to anyone wishing to stay in area |Nigel and abi are perfect hosts |See you next year

We absolutely love Jim’s barn! It’s like a home from home for us, we have stayed so many times. It’s absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views, it’s super clean and cozy with everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. We’ll be back next year!
