A fun and entertaining evening cooking ‘out of our comfort zone’, but delicious, food whilst interacting with 14 other people.
One free drink but many more available to purchase whilst cooking and all the hard work removed from us by some very capable and efficient kitchen staff who did all the cleaning, washing up and resupplying while we ate the results of our labours.
The only area I’d like to mention that was not 5 star was the sharpness of the utensils. The chopping knives tended to squash the items to be cut / chopped and the zester / grater were equally as dull.
Otherwise a good value and fun evening. We will be signing up for others.

Visited yesterday for the Korean cooking class. All started well with canapes and a welcome drink.

For the starter we cooked a pancake with a Gochujang sauce and Brussel sprouts garnish. Really tasty and definitely not something I would have cooked at home previously.

The onto the main course. A bit underwhelmed in that all we cooked was a beef stir fry. Pretty uninspiring really, and we were expecting something a little more interesting and challenging.

Overall a nice experience and the staff were friendly. However I'm not sure I'd recommend it at this price.

Great cooking demo but final cook and final dining was rushed which spoilt the overall experience.
Booked the parent teen cook to celebrate a special birthday.
Wanted the Mexican as we love Mexican food and the chocolate pudding sounded delicious!
We’re told a couple of weeks before it had to be changed to Japanese/Korean. We exchanged messages with Mark and they accommodate our food preferences and sold us the cook and dining experience.
The venue is really nice, the Chef Claire and her team were great. We made gyozas, which were fun and a stir fry, which was a little basic but good for the teens. It was a Sunday night and slowly time got away from us. We didn’t get to eat our final meal until after 930pm which was what time it was scheduled to finish. We rushed the final cook and sat to eat as the other parents were leaving with take outs. We ate quickly and packed what we couldn’t eat to take home. Got home late and too full for bed.

I emailed my feedback, which has been noted but no offer of any money back or a discount for another course. I was interested in another course as this is perfect experience for me but after this I’d have to look at timings and menu.

we came here for a team building activity whilst away on business. It was a great day & I’d highly recommend it.

In pairs, we made gyozas for starters & a marinated chicken stir fry for main. Both were with a festive twist and were absolutely delicious. The guide was easy to follow and very encouraging & engaging.

We had sticky toffee pudding for desert made for us. Which gave us a nice chance to finish off the day with a big chat amongst all of us.

I’d love to come again & would highly recommend it.

My boyfriend and I attended the sushi making class here, and we were so impressed by the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The recipes were delicious and easy to follow, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great cooking tips that we’ll definitely use at home. The venue was lovely too, creating the perfect setting for a fun, hands-on experience.

We were particularly impressed with how the team handled a cancellation over a year ago when the original class had to be postponed due to the chef's personal circumstances. They not only offered us a free class that same night making Italian food (also extremely delicious and fun to make), but they also upheld our original booking when we finally rescheduled over a year later! That level of customer service really stood out and made us feel valued.

Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and interactive cooking experience.

We did the Cooking Together - Vietnamese lesson, which was fantastic. It was brilliant to get instructions while cooking from the amazing chef and we were made to feel welcome by all the staff.

All the ingredients were fresh and tasty, and we made more than enough to eat there and take home for a full meal the following day.

As an experience and an opportunity to learn and practice cooking in different ways, I'd heartily recommend Food Sorcery for an evening out.

My girlfriend and I attended the Spanish cook together session and would like to thank Jan and his team for an excellent evening.

The demonstration was clear and easy to follow and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The food we cooked was amazing and the recipe was shared via email so we could cook it at home.

I will definitely be booking another session.
