Exceptional after care from team Salehs, specifically Catherine Allen. Whilst selling our house, purchased with Salehs, we have had a number of queries and everything has been dealt with in the most efficient manner, with superb communication. Would absolutely recommend and will be back!

Please avoid avoid avoid, they will put everything at risk without any care.

Although I wasn't a direct client, I am a buyer of a property of which they happened to manage a lease management company. They allowed the lease co they were supposed to manage to be dissolved because they didn't keep up with requirements of companies house which cause a huge obstruction. Furthermore, they took no remedial action for 3 month's in time for my mortgage offer to expire. Both buyers and sellers solicitors been chasing like crazy at times but to no avail. No party dealing with the transaction is happy with them. Just absolute recklessness. There's also other details I haven't included that fall below the threshold.

Just go somewhere else and hope that they are not a party to your transaction. It wouldn't surprise me if this firm was on a downward spiral.

Note: I am intending to write to the directors at Salehs of the consistent failures of theirs and raise serious concerns.

Salehs couldn't even get my name and address right again and again, along with other very basic mistakes. It was a very simple case of probate. Very long delays, lack of communication and advice... Lack of knowledge. Didn't show any empathy or care whatsoever. Rude. I would have done it myself but I was grieving and I really needed help. Ignored me and excuse after excuse. I complained and got compensation, although it was a long hard slog. Rubbish

Used twice in a short space of time and both times were painful. Dabolical service; would never use again. Appalling communication - emails unanswered, phone calls left unreturned, even after calling several times a day and explaining urgency. Promised return phone calls, never came. Would avoid at all costs.

Update: Despite the generic response here from Saleh's
- excruciatingly painful experience getting them to rectify a serious error in some property conveyancing done in 2021. Nothing has improved in 2 years. Total lack of clear communication on timescales and still not responding in a timely manner to either emails or phone calls.
