Visited today to hire a pressure washer for my patio. Never done either before. Prior to today, Matt had helpfully explained what type of hose I needed, which I had ordered on Amazon. Today, Paul patiently explained how to fit the washer together, multiple times, as my face remained blank ?. So incredibly kind and helpful. I would highly recommend, especially to other inexperienced women who need a bit of understanding.

My normal plant provider was unable to fill an urgent request, thought I'd try Didcot Plant Hire, so glad I gave them a try, service was excellent, equipment was first rate and in perfect condition, had it delivered by a very helpful staff member, collected promptly at the end of it's use, will swap my plant supplier to Didcot Plant Hire from now on, thanks for a great, hassle free hire.

All of their tools and equipment that I have hired from them have been top quality and well maintained. Also, if there are any issues with the equipment not performing as expected they will either change it straight away or send someone to sort out the situation and give you extra time to make up for the down time
