From intial enquiry to updates on build progress through to delivery we have been very impressed with the service recieved from Howard and Sons. We ordered and took delivery of a MF290 for use at our boat launching business and it fits the bill perfectly.

I put a deposit of £250 non refundable to look at the PA93 hedge cutter , the hedge cutter look great in the pictures and video now thinking about it the description was vague on the phone and in the description on their website.
Dad and I took a day off from work to view the machine . When we turned up we couldn’t find the salesman. So we looked around the machine. Which had been hand painted , bushes were gone and was in quite a rough condition.
We’re where told there was a no refund or drop in price ( basically take it or you’ll lose £250 ) which I thinks a really poor bully tactic. The salesman walked off and said come find me which we found rude . So all in all lost hundreds of pounds in wages and deposit.
Shame this companies can’t be honest and fair no matter how old used or expensive the machine is .

Rip off,customer service absolutely rubbish. These guys take your money and don't even have any care for the after service ,because there isn't any ,? ? unless you have a deep pocket. Then they might give a dam.If you like cow boys then this is the right place for you ? Don't hesitate on going ?.I am shocked after the service we have been given ,what we brought and they don't want to sort it in any rush or even care to chase it up.This is true, Maybe this will wake them up for a little read enjoy.

Excellent firm to do business with. At the final check up before shipping on the tractor and loader that I purchased they discovered a small fault with the power steering pump and fitted a new one with out a second thought at their expense.
Very courteous and professional throughout the whole transaction.
