I was lucky to be served their Kassler ham by friends, and thought I should try more of their range.

So far, we have tasted their smoked salmon, trout, trout paté and duck breast... all excellent. The smoked salmon has a deep flavour that develops in the mouth. My wife said the smoked duck breast was 'utterly delicious'.

Mostly the added ingredients are simply salt and oak smoke. Lovely foods: bravo!
