We have been receiving a weekly vegetable and fruit box for nearly 3 years now and we are very happy with the quality and variety. On the rare occasion there was a small issue, the customer service was fantastic. They are very responsive and accommodating. We love the fact that 90% of the fruit & veg are delivered plastic free and that a lot of the produce are locally grown/sourced.....And they taste amazing too!

This is a really good resource: good value and an excellent service. Highly recommended. In the absence of a local greengrocer and a supermarket whose limited selection of produce is often scarce and of dubious quality (both noticeably more so since Brexit), I now view this as an essential service which has the additional benefit of supporting local producers.

I have been shopping with Heritage Fine Foods since April 2020 and cannot praise them enough for their high standards and finest fresh foods.

Although things may be opening up again now, I will be staying with Heritage Fine Foods for my shopping needs and will not be returning to my old ways of shopping.

I do so much appreciate the wonderfully fresh fruit and vegetables (without the plastic bags and trays!!) and the meat and fish is fantastic. In fact everything is great?

Top class service, great fruit and veg at a smashing price. Delivers Tuesday to Saturday, so no waiting for a special day.

Much of the produce seasonal, British and local where possible, plus special items that might be unusual (like the largest butternut squash ever).

One of the things I find attractive is much reduced packaging: many items are loose, and some delivered in paper bags. There are some items in plastic (like salad leaves and cooked beetroot) that is hard to do otherwise. My bin contents (of plastic especially) has dropped considerably.

The standard boxes great for a quick shop, and the ability to swap out up to three unwanted items is brilliant. I also frequently get herbs, eggs and butter too and occasionally other items.

I would say that the website is a little esoteric when you first try it, however, it is worth the effort and once known is quite usable.

I must also give a shout out to the people working there: the drivers are all fantastic and our regular chap awesome - and it's just as brilliant doing a collection.

We have been having a 5 a day box - with a few extras! - since the second lockdown. It was recommended by a neighbour who used them and was delighted with the service. I am so glad we took the plunge and ordered the medium box as it brightens up our Tuesday morning. I have had veg boxes before but this one offers so much more in terms of quantity and quality. The customer service is excellent too.
What have you got to lose? Give it a go!

I have been a customer of Heritage Food for several years and order their boxes regularly. The veggies are always fresh and tasty and I am looking forward to each box. It is also very easy to amend orders or getting in touch with somebody if there are questions.
