Avoid this company who trade as preventer.co.uk. I wish I had known that, and seen these bad reviews before buying.
They use illicit marketing when selling. Overtly on the website it said “Le Creuset Casserole Pan Lid Large Knob - 5.5cm“
and when it arrives, what you actually get is very clearly marked as “Compatible Large Knob for Le Creuset Pan”.
That is the most terrible example of mis-selling ever.
I hope they go insolvent or sued.

AVOID QUALTEX UK LTD AT ALL COSTS

I cannot stress enough how disappointing my experience has been with Qualtex UK LTD, operating under the name LM Electrical on eBay. This company completely cuts off meaningful communication once they’ve made a sale. There’s no contact number on their website—a clear sign they have no intention of dealing with customer complaints as a reputable business would.

If you do manage to find a phone number, it’s utterly useless. You’re bounced to a recorded voicemail asking you to send an email, and then it hangs up. This is just another way of avoiding unhappy customers, making it impossible to resolve any issues directly.

Their eBay store is just as bad. They rely on automated responses, and good luck getting an actual person to respond to your messages—it rarely happens.

I deeply regret not checking Trustpilot before making a purchase from their eBay store. The reviews there reflect the same poor service I experienced.

Avoid this company like the plague. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. LM Electrical/Qualtex UK LTD doesn’t care about its customers, only about taking your money and shirking any responsibility afterward.

Bought from Parts Centre as it offered next day delivery. Bought in Tuesday and then Wednesday night get a notification to say it’ll be delivered Saturday. Whats the point in offering next day delivery if you can’t fulfill it?
My advice shop elsewhere.

A complete nightmare of a company. If I could leave no stars I would.
Order not received so they said they would send it out again. Item still not received 10 days later...no proper tracking information...no communication...all you get is nonsensical automatic replies, repeated requests for confirmation of tracking number so they can 'process my return' (how can I return something I have not received...twice!) and constant requests for confirmation of my delivery address... which has been the same for 20 YEARS!
Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere...anywhere!

AVOID! Nightmare from start to finish!
Payed extra for next day delivery yet it came 3days later nobody reply’s to msgs! You just get a generic auto reply! No phone number to contact them obviously because of the amount of complaints! When it came it was nothing like the pictures and was also broken in about 3 different places!! Lost loads of money because of this shambles poorly ran company! I can’t stress enough for you to avoid like a the plague! Will NEVER use again! Don’t know how this laughing stock of a company is still in business!
